Every Pepemio customer has the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days from the date of receipt of the product. This right can be exercised for any reason, offering our customers the flexibility and security needed for an optimal online shopping experience.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must inform Pepemio of their decision within the aforementioned period. The communication must be sent via email to assistenza@pepemio.com, clearly specifying the intention to return one or more purchased items.
To facilitate the return process and ensure effective handling of the request, the customer is invited to provide a detailed description of the reason for the return. In the case of defective or non-compliant products, an accurate written description of the problem is required, accompanied, where possible, by photographs and/or videos that clearly show the non-conformity or malfunction of the product.
To proceed with the replacement of products purchased through our e-commerce, we invite our customers to submit a request via email to assistenza@pepemio.com, including the order identification number for the replacement. Pepemio's exchange policy allows replacement exclusively with items of equal or greater value than the items to be replaced. Should you opt for a higher-value product, the price difference must be paid.
A customer who has changed their mind about their purchase can exercise the right of withdrawal within 14 days of receiving the package. In this case, the items must be unused and kept in their original, undamaged, and unaltered packaging.
For clothing, we accept returns even if the seals have been removed, provided that the packaging is intact and the garments have been tried on over underwear. Before proceeding with the return, it is necessary to send photographic proof of the item's condition and packaging via email, WhatsApp, or the form on the website.
After verifying the photographs, our Customer Care will contact the customer to provide instructions for returning the goods. In this case, shipping costs are borne by the customer, who can choose their preferred courier. Once the goods are received and verified, we will issue a refund via the original payment method or with a coupon of equal value, usable for a future purchase. Shipping costs incurred by the customer for returning the goods are excluded from the refund.
Once the withdrawal communication has been received and the conformity of the returned goods verified, Pepemio will proceed with the refund of the value of the returned item. The refund will be made using the same payment method used for the purchase, unless otherwise agreed with the customer.
