Seller Identification
The products offered for sale by Pepemio S.r.l., with registered office in Via Enrico Forlanini 43/47, Italy, registered with the Rome Company Register with VAT number IT15659291007, and certified email address (PEC) msx.srl@legalmail.it, are available on the official website www.pepemio.com. Hereinafter, Pepemio will be referred to as the "Seller".
Definitions
- Online sales contract: A distance contract concluded between the Seller and the final consumer Buyer, through a sales system organized by the Seller that uses Internet distance communication technology.
- Seller: Pepemio, which operates the website www.pepemio.com, offering products directly to end-users.
- Products: All movable goods and/or services made available for sale on the website through detailed descriptions on the respective product pages.
- Buyer: The final consumer acting for purposes unrelated to their commercial, industrial, craft, or professional activity, engaged in purchasing products on the website.
- Parties: Collectively, the Seller and the Buyer.
- Website: The website operated by the Seller, accessible at the URL www.pepemio.com, through which purchases can be made.
- Consideration: The sale price of the products as indicated on the website at the time of the Buyer's order.
Object of the Contract
These general conditions govern the purchase of products, made remotely via the Internet, through the Seller's website. With this contract, the Seller undertakes to sell and the Buyer to purchase the selected and ordered products, through the online procedures provided by the website.
Acceptance of the Terms of Sale
These general conditions are deemed accepted upon submission of the purchase order. They may be updated or modified by the Seller with effect for future purchases, upon notification on the website.
Purchase Methods and Sale Prices
The purchase of products is made by accessing the website, following the indicated procedures, which include the mandatory registration of the Buyer, filling the virtual shopping cart, and subsequent order confirmation. Product prices are expressed in Euro and include the current VAT. Shipping costs, not included in the product price, are detailed and communicated to the Buyer before the conclusion of the contract.
Right of Withdrawal
The Buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract, stating the reasons, within 14 days of receiving the products. The right of withdrawal is exercised by sending a withdrawal communication to the Seller within the aforementioned period.

Guarantees and Assistance Methods
The products offered on the website are covered by the legal guarantee of conformity provided by Italian law. In the event of receiving defective or non-compliant products, the Buyer has the right to repair or replace the product, without additional costs.
Jurisdiction and Competent Court
All disputes arising from or connected to this contract are governed by Italian law. For the consumer Buyer, the competent court is that of the consumer's place of residence or domicile, in accordance with applicable law. For non-consumer Buyers, all disputes will be under the exclusive jurisdiction of the Court of Rome.
Final Clauses
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale constitute the entire agreement between the parties in relation to the subject matter of this contract and supersede any prior understanding or agreement, whether written or oral. Any amendments or additions to these conditions must be agreed upon in writing between the parties.
