Product Warranty
All products sold on Pepemio are covered by 2 types of warranty: The conventional manufacturer's warranty and the legal warranty of conformity of 24 months pursuant to Legislative Decree n.24 of 2 February 2002.
The conventional warranty is provided according to the manufacturer's specified terms. This warranty offers additional protections as set forth by the manufacturer, ensuring comprehensive coverage based on the manufacturer's terms and conditions.
Pursuant to Legislative Decree no. 24 of February 2, 2002, all our products are covered by a 24-month legal warranty for conformity defects.
This warranty is reserved for private consumers, i.e., individuals who purchase products for purposes unrelated to their professional activity and who do not provide a VAT number in the order form.
In case of a conformity defect, Pepemio undertakes to send the item to the manufacturer to restore its conformity through repair. If repair is not possible, we will replace the item with a new one.
